PARTY OF THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE AND THE CONSTITUTION
We believe that God bestows certain inalienable rights on every individual, thus producing human equality; that government exists first and foremost to protect those inalienable rights. The legitimate powers of government are rooted in the consent of the American people. We reaffirm the Constitution’s fundamental principles: limited government, separation of powers, individual liberty, and the rule of law. We denounce bigotry, racism, anti-Semitism, ethnic prejudice, and religious intolerance. We believe in the constitutional checks and balances and that the Founders intended.
PARTY OF WORKING MEN AND WOMEN

ECONOMY
We believe a strong economy begins with less regulation and creating a fair and simple tax system with the philosophy of America first. By protecting the proprietary rights of creators and innovators, the Constitution promotes the general welfare by providing incentives for investment in all sorts of technology and artistic works.
Prosperity is the product of self-discipline, enterprise, saving and investment by individuals. We believe in creating a business climate that rewards risk and promotes innovation and a learning system that gives Americans the skills needed to seize the opportunities of the 21st century.
ENERGY
Energy is an economic and national security issue. We support the enactment of policies to increase domestic energy production. We support the development of all forms of energy that are marketable without subsidies, including coal, oil, natural gas, nuclear power, and hydropower.
ENVIRONMENTALISM
Environmental problems are best solved by giving incentives for human ingenuity and the development of new technologies. Poverty is the gravest threat to the environment, while steady economic growth brings the technological advances which make environmental progress possible.
IMMIGRATION
Our immigration system must protect American working families and their wages in a way that will improve the economy. In a time of terrorism, drug cartels, human trafficking, and criminal gangs, the presence of millions of unidentified individuals in this country poses grave risks to the safety and sovereignty of the United States. Our highest priority must be to secure our borders.
RANKING
We believe in repealing Dodd-Frank and endorse prudent regulation of the banking system to ensure that FDIC regulated banks are properly capitalized and taxpayers are protected against bailouts. We support reinstating the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933 which prohibits commercial banks from engaging in high-risk investment.
PRO-LIFE
We assert the sanctity of human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental right to life which cannot be infringed. We oppose the killing of babies in the womb and euthanasia of any kind.
FAMILY
We support strong families and natural marriage independent from government intrusion. We believe that marriage is between one man and one woman and is the foundation for a free society.
EDUCATION
We support parental rights in directing education and the upbringing of their children.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE
We are the party of law and order and are committed to supporting the men and women of law-enforcement.
HEALTHCARE
We support patient control, parental consent, and a wellness-based lifestyle independent of government overreach.
MILITARY
We promote peace through strength. We oppose using the military to advance a social or political agenda.
FIRST AMENDMENT
We oppose any restrictions or conditions that would discourage citizens from participation in the public square or limit their ability to promote their ideas.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
The Bill of Rights lists religious liberty, with its rights of conscience, as the first freedom to be protected and it protects the right of the people to practice their faith in their everyday lives.
SECOND AMENDMENT
We uphold the right of individuals to keep and bear arms, a natural inalienable right that predates the Constitution and is secured by the Second Amendment.
ELECTION INTEGRITY
We pledge to protect the voting rights of every citizen. We support state efforts to ensure ballot access for all legitimate voters. We oppose the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact and any other scheme to abolish or distort the procedures of the Electoral College.
TENTH AMENDMENT
We support the Tenth Amendment that Federalism is the foundation of personal liberty, and that the federal government has very few powers and they are specifically enumerated and that the state and the people retain authority over all unenumerated powers.
REDUCE THE FEDERAL DEBT
We support imposing firm caps on future debt, accelerate the repayment of the trillions we now owe and putting spending restraints in place to preserve the economy for future generations.
